Little Diamds started out of our desire to bring exotic flavorful food in the food industry. Diane Behle, the founder, has always been passionate about cooking. One of her hobbies is spending time in her kitchen creating new recipes. Originally from Cameroon and having lived in Europe for a while, Diane has a multicultural background that has allowed her to learn about other cultures’ food.
Diane moved to Houston in November 2018 and decided not to pursue her accounting career and instead start working on her passion. As a mother of 3 young kids, she also desired to be more available for her family while working on her food business. After many trials and errors, a year later the first range product was out, “exotic jams & jellies”.
