Meet Diane Behle, a passionate mother of three and the founder of Little Diamds, a company that has been redefining the world of jams and jellies since its inception in 2019. Diane’s journey into the world of culinary innovation was sparked by a simple desire – to bring healthier and more exotic food products to the US market.
After relocating to the United States, Diane couldn’t help but notice a common issue plaguing the food industry – an excessive sugar content in most products, particularly jams and jellies. It seemed impossible to find a jam or jelly that didn’t drown out the true flavors of the fruits they were made from. This realization struck a chord with Diane, especially considering those who prefer a less sweet experience. For her, and countless others, this overly sweet approach made these products less enjoyable.
